I have a protein shake for breakfast, chicken salad (with low fat mayo and mustard) for lunch, and whatever my wife cooks for dinner.

The new law in CA that says only chickens in big cages can lay eggs that get sold in CA. 

It hasn’t sold so I didn’t want to count my chickens just yet, but yesterday we listed this property and hope it will sell by the spring.

I can net about 700-800 per month for one of my 4plex (30 year fix 5%),  and net about 600 on the other 4plex (15 year fix at 4%).It's a chicken or egg question.Terry
