I have about 3 agents I work with and they are super when giving me info on REO properties.I always tell the agent to put in the contract that earnest money will be given after approval.

Madheshwaran,First, find a property you’re looking to inquire on.. then, click on the property and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and there is a button that says “contact host” you can then message the host and ask them some questions.
