I haven't noticed too much attention on Vegas specifically here on BP, but turnkey is one of the most commonly discussed topics.I don't know much about Vagas but I've been around the turnkey block many many times.

@Douglas Rice  What part of town Douglas -- can you give the hundred block and the street?

If you are installing on a concrete slab that is level and in good shape less than if you have an old uneven subfloor and have to lay concrete board down first.

Being interested for Worldwide RE, both houses and apartments in apartment blocks.

Glass block windows are good.Looks like there is central air.Someone may have to deal with sidewalk out front. concrete is missing in front of the treeDriveway needs a look, looks like the asphalt need repaired/replaced.Roof needs a closer look.

There are blocks that are gold mines; while there are other blocks that are terrible investments.

If on a concrete slab I would seriously consider a metallic epoxy finish.

AirDNA considers a blocked calendar as something that has been booked. 

I curently just do my taxes on HR Block, but now with the multi-family investment, opening an LLC, etc. things will become more complex and I need advice.
