Cloud MN is the area.

Looking for cloud software but it’s a big fee because there’s so many add-ins I will never need.

FWIW the seller could stop paying the mortgage, or sell the place to someone else unless y9ou clouded the title etc etc.   

Of course, if this person is a family member or very close friend that may be different...their judgement may be clouded...but in reality, they should not be giving you money to play with if you have nothing of value to bring to the Real Estate business..........

I don't know of any document, and that seems like a tactic some parents use on 12 year olds.But in reality, she's an adult and it will come down to her having to take responsibility for her behavior--written document or not.If she falls off that building and breaks her back the Slip and Fall Ambulance Chasers will have a field day.
