I would differentiate mine from the others in the neighborhood by doing something special like offer to pay for a Uhaul for a day for the move, or free TV with a one year lease contract (TV's are cheap now, but you could make it a tablet, or whatever),  or offer a one day certificate to the spa to rub out those sore muscles after the move, restaurant gift certificate, whatever appeals to you.  

Dealing with the makeup of the soil to include clay along with our droughts have created this problem according to my specialist.

@David Clay all my tenants have insurance and that might or might not cover things in this situation.

I have done 4 evictions in Clay County diy with no problems but I am local.

Turns out the cast iron under the basement needs replacing along with the clay going from the street to the house needs replacing too.

its about 10' deep and 30' in diameter.I read to fill it with clay soil, but was wondering if there were any environmental/permit considerations.
