A few days ago the California Assembly passed SB 9, which now needs to go back to the Senate for a reconciliation process and then go up for signature by the governor.

I'd love to do site assembly and create a community of artists and do something that creates a vibrant unusual community.

Not sure if he for 20-30% off though, but they were fairy expensive.I have had good luck with RTA (Lily Ann and RTACabinetStore) but I can assemble them myself very quick, so if you have to pay this could eat into the cost savings.

Items need assembling, beds need to be made, trash needs to be disposed of (this is a bigger deal than you might think, an entire home's worth of cardboard boxes), you may need door locks or security cameras installed, wifi set up, tv's mounted and connected to the internet, kitchen needs to be set up functionally, sometimes remotes, light switches, etc need to be labeled.

Or assemble a few starting from the corner and working inwards..

Other than ADU's I can see them assembled in larger Developments like a Trailer park or as condos with common areas landscaped with community amenities.
