I have a lot of out of state & out of country clients  buying condo units in Chicago and none of them have management companies.

I'm very new to the agent side although my wife is a real estate agent however we are currently living in the UK (the only country she is currently qualified in) with the scope to be in Canada within a year.Many thanks in advance!

I of course will travel anywhere in the country to inspect personally.

My businesses is quite simple, I buy properties all over the country at 60% of as-is value from off market deals and re-sell at full value on the MLS.

I see plenty of future growth in these parts, and am eager to buy an old 2-flat or 3-flat (what the rest of the country calls a 2 or 3-plex).Everywhere I go in this neighborhood I see new condos springing up like concrete weeds, including several gargantuan buildings by the California train stop in an area that's mostly SFRs and small multis.My question is this: Is the influx of new construction a great sign for the rising prospects of the neighborhood or is it just creating competition for older buildings and rents?

Where in the country are property taxes that high for such a low price?

The current minimum deposit in my country is 20%, but with 5 of us, we would aim to put down as much as possible on the initial deposit.
