I'm pretty sure they come with 2 delivery options. 

So you would be at 8 (3+5) financed properties by their count, not including your personal residence, which is less than 10... and that would (as far as I can see) "...comply with the eligibility, underwriting, and delivery requirements described..." in eligibility section B2-2-03.

If someone were to buy a few acres near the hill ($150-200,000 estimate for 5-7 acres mixed use) and invest in smaller homes and/or tiny homes, you would have long term renters lined up.Also for business ideas, desperate need for a commercial laundry facility that would cater to short term rentals (pickup /delivery for laundering linens...)

An appliance will eventually break down and the manager will send a repairman to look at it, but if he fixes it and it breaks again someday, the only guy who's going to show up is a delivery guy with a new one.
