- Any advice on cost-saving strategies for infrastructure?

I think it depends on the strategy right , I am still a beginner and wanted something more turnkey rather than BRRRR.How would you think of something form that perspective ?

The strategies I’m currently focused on are wholesaling, flipping and rentals.

You can also get into more active strategies like STR and rehabs, but the work required to get in this is significant and at that point you might be able to just get a new role with the same pay with the equivalent effort.Is your entire industry in a hiring freeze or just your company laying off?

However, not so far away, we had another investor who tried the same strategy and it failed miserably as comps with standalone ADUs were not adding value the same as in the market not so far away.Research your market, even down to the street in various neighborhoods well. 

The strategy we used at thed beginning with that type of cash was to partner with others to fix and flip using private loans then taking thee profis to buy and hold.

Their exit strategy was they would act as a broker and try and sell them off as fast as possible for a profit but I believe they were overpaying for the loans.

And I love reading good advice, strategy and what have you...however we need a way to separate the bad and the spam from the good.
