I will say, at least 30 minutes to an hour of the time I was there were devoted to selling a Big VIP experience to some workshop that the leaders were hosting.

Hi I am considering building ADU in San Jose, been to Housing Trust workshop recently to get educated.I believe its viable and worth it but I am part of an HOA and CC&R does restrict usage.Any advice on how to navigate getting HOA approval?

I read Multifamily Millions by David Lindahl, I went to Lifestyles Unlimited two day workshop in Houston, I read Loopholes of RE by Garrett Sutton, and I started 1031 exchanging my pricey San Diego single family (10 condos with HOA fees that were clearly out of my control) for a 10 unit in Cleveland Heights, 8 unit in Shaker Heights, 12 unit in Euclid, 12 unit in Painesville, 15 unit in Painesville, 21 unit in Painesville.

It has an acre of land with a 4b3b house (2 bathrooms are unfinished), a studio casita with an unfinished bathroom, an unfinished garage and 2 unfinished workshops.
