It's wild.

Ya the meteor is the one I worry about or comet  then you have the San Andreas  and of course the monster bubble under Yellowstone  all sorts of things that could cause humanity to shift in ways we cant know.That is a wild book/documentary. 

In the U.S. regions that I'm watching most carefully, namely the West (Texas, Nevada, Colorado) and the South (Georgia, Alabama, the Carolinas), I think we're in for a wild ride!

probably the biggest concern would be wild fires in some areas  other wise looks pretty cool.and right now with all the campgrounds closed .. could be a good choice for the next few months.

Very area dependent.My wild card in this is finding STRs with a wilderness aspect to it. 

@Tom Kaser, I have gotten multiple quotes from contractors, and they vary wildly.

I am trying to get an insurance quote from my broker, but I am learning that the wild fire risk in the area is a 4 on a scale of 5 and they are having a hard time finding providers that will insure the property.
