I’ve had one vacancy over 3 weeks in the last 10 years and that was someone who bailed during Covid and left the place a disaster.

A few weeks in we noticed a steep drop from bookings on Airbnb.

Every few days to a week a neighbor cleans up the alley in the back of their property and at the curbside in the front of their property because she simply can't stand the sight of the trash they seem to purposely drop.  

They declined my application after a week of review, citing that "Non-retirement accounts cannot hold retirement funds".Can you please let me know your suggestion here?

I personally have dumped thousands of dollars in renting these units over the years and have seen townhomes filled on a weekly basis.

I also have a lease term with an early termination fee of about $800 plus they owe rent until the next tenant is in place usually 4-6 weeks.

It takes $14-20k per year to participate fully in datasources for most markets plus hours per week to see all the listings and movement.

(I know it was dumb to just trust, but I guess since thats what the company does is say OH HEY TRUST ME but ultimately its on you...).I was told that i would receive the liens by the county in the mail in a matter of 2-4 weeks...

On furnished finder I found people within about a week but some people say they don't have inquires in their area very quickly.
