My brokerage syndicates it to all the sites but zumper gets the most hits.

I went to check out their website and neither is listed...the signs have been up for almost 3 weeks in one case. 

We have ~35 agents and they primarily come from OSU or right out of college.Ok didn't realize you were broker just said realtor on the website. 

Before I get to the issues I want to point out Bigger Pockets is a great website for networking, free information, investing strategies and many other things. 

BP has a list of the recommended books here on the website under STORE  I believe. 

I have gotten a lot of direct bookings through my websites. majesticcostarica.com johnnysbeachbungalow.com and costaricaprivateresorts.com.  

Every time I have rented an on-site storage unit or garage to a tenant, I have always gotten less than what I could have gotten if I had found an off-site tenant to lease the unit.
