You think it might be shown on every lib station around and claimed they were all radicals?

Some gas stations are getting close to the prison decor, they seem to be rather bullet proof.....LOL

I can't tell you how many times I've heard people had car troubles and thats why their rent was late.One of my favorites was when they claimed their purse was stolen while they were paying for gas at a gas station - and the money order for rent was in their purse.That being said, whats the point of having a professional PM if they're going to fall for the stories too?

I have been an excellent customer to my local gas stations, my local grocery stores, my local dry cleaners, etc....

While at the local police station dealing with a tenant problem, I was asked out of the blue if I was looking for more properties.

It's much closer to my wife's job, and the crime levels of the immediate neighborhood similar, mostly because the duplex is next to a police station.

He was family man, drove a Ford station wagon (nothing fancy), and even way back then I think he was worth hundreds of millions of dollars; with 1000's of acres and countless projects in development.He saw decades in advance, what not many people could.

Radios are tuned to gospel and R&B stations.

@Kyle Hipp I had to search on BP for prescreen : ) I have a for rent sign out front of house and they call.If I put up a paper at a store or gas station it has the info on it .
