When i first started and was showing my places to people 20 or 30 years older than me they would always just comment that I'm young to be owning property and I pretty much left it at that or said yeah sometimes I wonder what I'm getting myself into with all this work and smile.

I would start the ckock ticking--post the proper notice and let her know she is to be out at end of April or sooner, or eviction will commence.Then smile and tell her that if she leaves sooner, and cleans up her mess, you will give her 'cash for keys'.Let her know the pet is not allowed.

If they’re selling drugs, they won’t want to go in front of a judge to explain why 20 people are stopping by per day.Also, put up a big camera and a sign that says smile you’re on camera.
