But while your still in school the amort is 10 years which kills your DTI (only bad side of this)used it for a wedding ring also.Just don't use it for random shopping and partying (this is what everyone else does)

I know it's possible, you just have to shop around.

Remember though if you do shop around, lowest price is not necessarily the best.

It can also be safer to diversify your investment properties across the country. 

Actually I am buying Commercial property shopping center in coming month and need insurance provider for that.

She'll probably need to shop around to see her options.

But yeah its less than security deposit but safer.

It's more than I would want to take care of for the property size, and based on the limited pictures it doesn't look terribly useful as it is.Could the barn be converted to a garage or work shop at a reasonable price? 

I'd be down to talk shop sometime.
