We discovered at a Home Depot Behre paint training that the Behre (top of the line olive green can) semi gloss enamel goes on oderless with a foam roller and in a few days dries almost as hard as older oil base.

You're going to run into this in most of the major STR markets because within the last 2 years we have seen a massive spike in available inventory.In order to compete with the competition now, hosts/owners/operators need to step up their game and be willing to invest in good quality furniture, memory foam mattresses, high quality linens, professional seasonal photography, etc.In the high desert, most visitors are looking for peace, quiet, privacy, and amazing scenery so this means stay away from purchasing homes in residential neighborhoods with neighbors on all sides.

hi there, i saw your post and i just wanted to mention a product i recently found that really has worked wonders everywhere that i 've tried it  so far.. it may not help with the bubbling/peeling paint, but in terms of cleaning gunk off walls and helping with the odor, whether it's nicotine/tar, kitchen food/grease stains , or just dingy walls that haven't seen much cleaning action, i highly recommend it. i found it at home depot : https://www.homedepot.com/p/ZEP-18-oz-Foaming-Wall-Cleaner-ZUFWC18/206680570

I got a review this morning from a lady that complained about the memory foam bed being too hot (these beds are top of the line and we sleep on the same one so it's hard to have any empathy) and that we should put darker curtains in the bedroom (this is in the heart of the grey, gloomy Portland winter).
