No guess work and no " I didn't know I was supposed to do that" BSYes you MAY have a cleaner that is great and does everything without asking.....but I would not count on it.....and many start that way and then slowly morph into getting lazy and neglectful of the job they were hired to do.....happens with lots of jobs and employeesSounds like a really big place too....VERY easy to get in "auto mode" AND just straight up forget something....just lots to remember to do....reviewing the checklist helps with that
