If the owner holds it personally, then the income and expenses should be on the Sched E of his/her personal return, which he could give without revealing other personal data.In whatever form the owner gives you income and expense info, I would attach that info to your offer to purchase along with a stipulation that the seller warrants the accuracy and truthfulness of of those representations.

All they'd have to do to avoid continued use of a free trial is add an expiration date, at which point you wouldn't be able to access even your imported information without making the decision to purchase it.QB allows up to 25 logins before expiration or access termination but at least they allow importing of files.It will be interesting to see what your other reviews reveal.

Cost me $375/month (3 month minimum so I'll probably just move the same stuff and a few other pieces to my other vacant property that isn't selling either) and $200 for delivery/set up/pickup.I also took a bunch of artwork and random items from my own house and set it all up there, brought in some fresh flowers, and I set up the pub table with two glasses, napkins and a bottle of wine for a nice visual.
