@Charles O Peters It’s all about finding the right people and putting them in the right position then coaching them to success.As the leader it’s up to you to provide everyone in the organization everything they need to be successful, tools training systems and support but most importantly clear direction in no uncertain terms exactly what’s expected and when and then measure that performance and hold it accountable to the goals.It’s all about people, operations and then profit.
