How many have basic job finding skills right out of school, This list can go on.My first reaction is why is that?

The major point is that many people, especially those without extensive experience in business in general and real estate investing in particular are drawn to “partnering” as either a reaction to their “fear” of the unknown/new/risk or their need to turn a business action into a social one.  

Well my mother grew up in the projects of Newark and had nothing so I am guessing her free spending is a reaction to that.

My initial reaction is that your website feels very outdated.You don't want a large paragraph of text as the first thing you see on your home page.

Panic moves and/or knee jerk reactions to those symptoms can (and usually do) end up just causing a bigger and more permanent problem.Take a breath, focus on controlling the current negative impact on you...and the solution for your quick recovery of that current negative impact...once the actual problem is gone.

My gut reaction is PML/HML loans frequently are hidden for a logical (almost said good) reason;  Banks what the buyer to have 'skin in the  game', aka no 100% financing.
