You'd have to add at least five 0's to that $1k to even start to be able to buy something here, and even that could be pushing it. 

Cut grass, wash windows, gardening, what ever your community needs. 

I can't give you advice on how to push to the next level since I am not there myself.

They are Not responsible for someone's washing machine inside their unit malfunctioning......and it is Totally unreasonable for you to think they should be.

There has been a time push out, the realitor was asighed to me, I made a bid 20,000 less than asking, my question is there is a Credit on the closing cost, I have not questioned it yet, I'm thinking it is the reality lady foisting the repair costs at the last minute on to the closing, in the contract I signed this is the sellers responsibilitie , I have to make a discussion, should I question the financial woman on who , why and how much the credit is.

TN is too small on its own.for just one county I had a gal that worked for me in Clark Co WA she did it all by hand and had a very accurate list.. still does and she sells it as kind of a cottage industry..  

Compassion is great and all, but it can easily become a slippery slope where boundaries are pushed and expectations get high.

In my experience, I've had many "wholesalers" attempt to push me crappy deals, I"m not sure if they are greedy or just inexperienced, though my gut says they are just new and don't know what a deal actually is. 

Just wonder why you continue to push this thread on everyone looking to invest in Pueblo.
