Since we're ten pages into this thread it may be safe to show a little book-learning and mention cross-cultural psychology and Geert Hofstede.

Old roofs, old boilers, driveways, huge cap ex expenses that need to get taken care of.Read the Psychology of Money by Morgan House.

Then to come off market, and come back on a week later at a lower price again before selling for list.The point being that there is a psychology to listings, and many people choose not to understand it.

There is some daffy obsession with renaming everything and twisting the psychology of everything....

This book helped me create a wealth focused mindset and teaches a basic psychology for developing one.

The spiritual psychology one (not religious, fyi) is the one that keeps me sane with god only know what happens!
