Can anyone offer some advice on private money lending?

It is common airport for private planes coming from Mexico as they have CBP there.

Broker relations, tours, visits to the team. 

It’s PRIVATE PROPERTY that’s under attack by people who put their faith in socialism.  

I have sold off rental properties and 1031'ed them into a fixed income private equity fund located in South Carolina and I live in Texas.  

Do not know them that well.Literally in our database we have many thousands of commercial companies across the U.S. so some we have done deals with, others we have talked to before, etc.Key is if in the private offering their projections are reasonable and realistic.  

I will be meeting a couple of the guys on an upcoming trip to Belize on a Cacao Farm Tour (BCC). 

I personally know several families with spouses and children that rent out a portion of their home (finished basement/private entrance room, etc.) that offset their mortgage substantially.
