Again, not a lot $$$, but it's something you can do ANY TIME and won't cut into your main job.If you did just those few bullet-pointed items during a week, you would see an increase of $100-200 a month; it may not sound like a lot of money, but that's an additional $1,200-$2,400 in a year.Good luck, and I hope you do some of these things that people have so generously taken the time out of their busy schedules in an effort to give you very reasonable suggestions to increase your intake of money.

I believe in taking action and control over my real estate investing and also believe in giving back to other people with their investment needs.  

The only reason I didn't buy a park is that no one in the family was interested in taking it over when I finally retire.

I would say make sure they make at least 3 times the rent in take home pay.
