Most importantly, China and India (and Asia in general) are in the process of taking over as the world's main economic powers and the reality is we can't compete against their cheap labour.

That's not really a full story so it's hard to say, but generally, if you don't feel secure or confident in the person you hired, you shouldn't have hired them.

One guy that I chatted with in a Facebook group said that he didn't interfere with their process for the first 2 wks.

Allegheny county (which is the County the actual city is in) has actually closed their voucher program to new recipients and are supposedly backed up on a 2 year+ waitlist to process what is in the queue.

But if you or even someone you hire were to violate collections laws, licensing laws, securities laws, or bankruptcy laws, you could be fined (or sued) for much more than the investment principle.

Replatting and renovating could definitely add value, but working with someone who knows the local zoning and permitting processes will be key.

Yes they were great to work with and all and all it was not a bad process.
