Hello everyone,It seems that thinking like a Biggerpockets/Mustachian is very rare in daily life. 

Now, I manifest daily. 

I actually have access to the MLS and check it daily, if not twice a day.

If you have a PM theoretically you should only have to make decisions and then let them implement them ,  Self managing of course its your daily job to keep on top of everything. 

I do check MLS as well daily.
