I am not sure if it would make a good rental they have mess up cabinets, sign of rat infested, and i am pretty sure the green tile is a turn off when people come to look at it.

This particular episode actually showed the builder/homeowner having the lawn "spray painted" green (dead lawn) the day before an actual scheduled open house.

wanted to register an LLC and apparently the name is n/a.If I use the word "greene" instead of "green" (i.e. green homes llc) - would it essentially mean the same thing?

However, if I am looking at an olive green or yellowed chipped up and rusting ceramic eyesore, than a new fiberglass insert with a sliding glass door is going on my list of items to buy at the local Home Depot.Jet tubs are the in thing, so I won’t rule them out as a possible upgrade.
