I think what most folks dont understand is most trainers are run by fulfillment companies and the over head is massive..

With a lease option, two things have to eventually happen, to close the sale.1) seller must still be Willing to fulfill the contract.2) the seller must be Able to fulfill the contract.  

Knowing you’ve successfully purchased a house and provided a good place for you and your family to live can be very fulfilling.

There are a lot of ways to do this business, and if you find more fulfillment by only working with your own capital, there's nothing wrong with that.Is there a 'better' model for investing? 

But of course the real question is when 😂It looks like interest rates will be rising, which has tended to cause asset prices to fall in the past (for real estate, higher monthly payments meaning people can't afford to pay as much for property).However we have other things going on in the economy (supply chain difficulties leading to inflation and - worse - the expectation of inflation which can then become a self-fulfilling prophecy) which could make you think prices are only going to go up.I'm still trying to find my crystal ball; I know I packed it away in a box before my last move, but I never did manage to find it.

While it was a tough time, looking back it was the most fulfilling season of my life up to that point.

Your lease states the contract and the reprecussions for either party not fulfilling that contract.
