I did not read it all, but read the beginning, middle and end so far.I've found it fascinating that not only have most landlords collected 100% of April, it was collected earlier than usual in many cases.Now we shall see what May brings!

I wanted to revive this since it’s fascinating and I wanted to some clarifications.From what I understand, the core of the principle is the savings in interest payments on the original mortgage, by titling the allocation of interest vs principal.
