It's old 1970s style tile anyways and is mildew stained and kind of gross, so remodeling this is just fine.I have an HVAC company that I work with that does decent pricing and great work.

All have been great for 4-5 years now with no issues at all.For me the cost was not much higher than a 45 gall HI EFF replacement & definitely lower than the old style 75 gall we had to replace in a 5 unit.

You have to have a phase 1 environmental study done, not to mention a wetlands survey, and depending on the results you could be required to do a phase 2 or 3 environmental study.
