I'm disappointed that the Agent failed to uphold her fiduciary duty by withholding information that could cause me harm as a new owner ( and I know that she can lose her license for this btw).

Do not be like most people that don't say anything while renovating because if there is a fire or something happens to the property and you need to file a claim and they find out it's been sitting vacant and not occupied, you will be very disappointed.

If it gets to that point the review can be as simple as saying "we were disappointed not to have heard back from "x" when it was time to fulfill her claim to cover the damages that occurred during her stay"Happy hosting!
