I'm just turned off by the prospect of having the loan go into default and then moving forward with foreclosure... though, I hear some people get into debt deals hoping for that to happen.Perhaps you can't really generalize, and must examine deal by deal...

Well, the prospect emailed her last two months of bank statements, and it immediately answered one question - why would she want to drop a house that she owned, and go back to renting??

Anyway, I think I'll keep drawing credit reports, at least this time around... it gives me something familiar to refer to, and it's a piece of data that has not come directly from the prospect!!
