Investor who make properties turnkey are terrible interior designers, but they get to all the gold first

I've found I seethingly-hate many systems just due to the window, nav, menu design choices. 

One potential way to structure a scenario where a long-term tenant of a single-family home can receive homestead exemption is for the homeowner to designate the tenant as a co-owner or co-borrower on the property.

But from a design perspective it looks much better and if you get more bookings from that fact alone, dressers are worth it!
