Not sure the current status, but I would say Plano is not AirBnB friendly. 

Me and my girlfriend are currently saving to purchase a home within the next year or so to start house hacking, my concern is how signing the lease option to purchase contract will affect our eligibility for first time home buyer programs? 

I currently use rentredi and am disappointed in it, I want to switch to STRESSA but find they collect rents into their bank account.Has anyone used RENTREDI accounting software, they want $100.00 per month which i find exesssive.

They appear to have run into liquidity and cash flow issues currently and worst of all have gone dark and not shared any of the requested financial information.

I think it is always a good idea to interview a few different PMs and ask for referrals of owners they are currently managing properties for to see if they are satisfied with their PM.Thanks Jake
