I am looking to invest in Leftover Liens in Cook County, Il.

I'd say half the units in my area under a 24 unit complex are for sale, pretty much like most small motels, mom and pop drive-ins, small dinners, older storage facilities and car lots leased to used car dealers who go  bust every 3 years.

My current interest are to own and invest in Multi Family Apartments, Mobile home parks and Storage facilities.

After that it should be up to your insurance if they want to go after the tenants for the actual damages.So if they where building bombs, or cooking meth the insurance may go after them.

These apart, there are game websites which also have a facility of chat.

I can't really cook a meal from scratch and hate housework.

Is this just to many cooks in the kitchen?

Orlando lets us use his washing machine...so you all use the laundry facility in the next building?

All are on separate electric meters (thank goodness) and have individual laundry facilities.
