Which companies did you choose?

Timber companies and the feds swap these lands all the time in an effort to create large blocks of either gov land or private timber lands.

I'm a central CT based investor, flipper, and property management company owner. 

I own a mortgage company and know PennyMac. 

My husband and his partners sold their company, and he is transitioning out of full time employment there in the next couple of months.  

They also want a priority lien on the property.It sounds like you are looking for someone to fund your down payment, I would be looking for an equity partner over debt as nobody likes to lend money in insecure positions, especially when a borrower lacks skin in the game.How much are you planning to come in with yourself?

But generally speaking with the new landlord rules etc I wont fund occupied houses whether at auction or non Auction I want them vacant before we fund them.

I did use funds from equity, to purchase the 4th, which was UHF one refi’d into DSCR. 

I asked the first lender which is a big company and they did not know.
