Hi @Regina Story, I am having the same problem with Stessa, I have local banks that recently changed name and website and I am unable to link accounts.

In most states they must be published in a local paper which all are online.

@Lisa Eisenhauer, Yes, this is known issue, most local banks will not be able to help you.
