Costs for staging?

Ultimately I am very new to this however I do not consider myself at the investing stage yet - more so looking for stability in my life before I can start investing with mortgages.

The wholesaler has zero skin in the game and leaves the seller high and dry.This is the reason I said above that if it were my property, I'd be looking for at least $10K, non-refundable after 10 days.Meanwhile, the seller has made his new living arrangements and has possibly made commitments to others based on the influx of cash - commitments that he can now not complete. 

In NJ and PA, I am very aggressive with my marketing (local letters, weekly open houses, free staging, professional photos, great descriptions.)

Homeowner stopped paying mortgage since they were asked for over $2000 per month going back a year ago, Can anyone guide me if anything can be done at this stage?

I'm a little over-extended right now but never miss a payment.Would love someone to help me navigate these waters ... or tell me that it's not the right course for me at this stage of my life, if that's the case.Thanks!

Hey everyone,I'm currently rehabbing a previously smoked in house and moving onto the painting stage.

I am in the beginning stages of just trying to use the resources here to figure out what neighborhoods make sense in the most basic of terms.

I believe he has has north of 500 units in various stages at this very moment.

When they contact me I let them know we can make arrangements for payments.
