Yu can buy notes and not have a clue from a broker and they will teach you how to do it in their brokerage arrangement, just like a stock broker will teach you about buying stock from him and make suggestions.

Another chapter, using a broker, if they make private notes then those investors may want their money and may accept a discount, usually not much, but a discount.Look at your lending arrangement, hope you aren't sharing interests in a note with others.

I doubt an established agent would want to spend the time unless it was their listing.Why don't you just post an ad on Craigslist describing exactly what you're looking for, what the arrangement and pay would be and see if you get some calls?
