What annoys me with TripAdvisor/Flipkey is that clearly from an inquiring prospective guests side of the site they cannot see what all the fees and total cost will equal so you get incessant questions like "What's your rate for such in such?"

Dealing with bad contractors, omg makes my annoying just thinking of the bad ones we've had!  

As I said in my first post, what might annoy me even more than the higher pricing is the fact that along with my old account, they deleted all of my saved searches!

Having spoken with enough investors who hold licenses, I now believe this perception is incorrect.I didn't want to subject myself to another regulatory authority that could annoy me and provide a forum for baseless complaints.  

One was refreshingly honest (I was a little annoyed/off-put about this at the time) and said, "really, that class sucks too much of our time for the low amount of payment we get, so we'd probably do the bare minimum for it.

The main reason was the uncertainty of what the pissed off and annoyed tenants would do to the property, which could've resulted in thousands upon thousands of dollars in legal and property damages.

So you maybe annoyed by the circumstances but they maybe more annoyed.

This is something that would totally annoy and piss off a responsible tenant and send them packing...

It's annoying, but not the crisis many people think it'll be.

I guess, it's reasonable, but I met the condo in-house engineer and he pretty much said he could do it for $40 and he has the cartridge in stock.....I'm a little annoyed my plumber didn't get it done despite me briefing him on everything well before-hand, although I'm not sure if there's any fault anyway......wat would you do?
