Not to mention the TONS of family pictures, new clothes with the tags still on them and toys still in the box that they received for Christmas! 

That way they have their own Cashflow to cover clothes, gifts, birthday parties, Christmas, etc.

Between designer clothes and a shiny new car, the problem could be easily solved.

We elected to use cloth nappies as a purely economical decision - going cloth less than half the cost of disposable. 

I've seen people build a panel on the side of a stackable closet just to be able to get in to reattach the dryer vent, or fish out errant clothing, etc. 

They wash their clothes every day, so I put 2 washers and 2 dryers in those houses. 

Renter’s insurance will cover all or a portion of a loss to such items as your furniture, your appliances, your electronic equipment, your CD/DVD collection, computer, clothes and other personal items.

My only fear is tenants taking advantage like running a load for one piece of clothing or allowing non-tenants to wash their clothes.   

I still feel like tenants would prefer this method over using a coin operated machine because that doesn’t necessarily make anyone feel at home if every time they want to wash their clothes they have to remember their quarters.
