If it makes you feel any better, my wife is a CO native and all of her family is in the Springs.

These towns in Essex County, NJ are definitely turfish and these are the unspoken protections necessary to maintain the crowd that is native to the area while being welcoming  to investors who care about the culture of the county.

@Ellie Hanson  how do you handle the kids that chain themselves to the tree's you need to cut down on your 50/100 lot to build a new house.. and to make matters even stranger the tree's many times are not natives  :)And whats up with the Zoo I missed that one are they mad at the new Elephant exhibit.And Oregon would not be here if it were not for the timber industry ... such short memories Techtronix  Intel  Nike are all companies that came in the 80's with Tech maybe a little earlier .. for the preceeding 150 years it was timber.  

Rents have also skyrocketed to a level that many  native Idahoans can’t afford.  

Are there any natives that can clue me in on things like:-Typical time-frames for different aspects of inspections, title/ownership proof, financing contingencies, etc...
