What is your source/strategy for getting direct bookings?

Is it going to be a sign gig while investing or your main source of income?

As well as high quality social groups for real estate investing on forums/internet sources.

I appreciate you siting the study on Fixed vs Floating, as I had seen you make that point before, but without a direct source, at the time.  

I challenge you to find a legitimate source that any of the above statements are not accurate.

Source a few contractors, walk them through the property, and ask them each for their best quote for a full gut renovation. 

An unsecured loan, as this one seems to be, would not be eligible as a source of funds for someone doing conventional financing. 

You should have leads coming in from as many sources as possible including wholesalers. 

Its great to know that you are keen on real estate investing, you should keep learning through books, videos, podcasts, and trustworthy sources.

In response I got into this habit of going to information sources and checking on things, getting direct information, asking area PM's what they feel rents are tracking on it, a whole bunch of stuff.
