We've designed buildings using a myriad of different construction approaches, from shipping containers to concrete, wood frame, steel, etc.

A monthly allowance for every American who makes under a certain threshold—not slot just enough to potentially cover the basics—give all renters rent vouchers that ensure landlords always get paid, nationwide law that evictions can only be for a good reason like criminal activity, risks to safety, damage to the property, national right to counsel for eviction defendants, universal health care, universal college tuition, and make it easier to buy a home.I don’t understand how anyone can be against  those things?

They include upgrades such as stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

This is especially important given the rising costs builders are seeing for conventional construction materials, like steel, aluminum and especially lumber.

Some common issues can be asbestos siding, galvanized steel pipes at the end of there life under a concrete slab foundation, roofs that do not have ties connecting the trusses/rafters to the walls (for hurricanes), oh yeah and termites. 

The kitchen has been remodeled and includes a stainless steel refrigerator, built in stainless microwave, electric stovetop, built in oven and a pantry.

You can register it with USPS or get a mailbox with two slots  put a/b on each side or the residents last names.

Maybe upgrade the appliances, Stainless Steel appliances will entice someone.

The storage units are all block not steel construction so that's a plus.
