I have, although, seen some laminates that are not very moisture friendly and will swell at the seams over time just from damp mopping and they will scratch rather easily.

When moisture gets pulled through concrete as it breaths it will eventually cause the epoxy to fail (epoxy & moisture = oil & water).

A sump pump will run, that doesnt mean theirs an issue especially of you do not have water penetration thru the basment.

This will let you know if there are any plumbing leaks or any clogs in the sewer lines.2nd look at the foundation very closely, look for any stress cracks and see if any moisture coming in.3rd check out the HVAC systems.

As a result, a tree has been given free-reign to grow uncontrollably in the small, 20'x15' backyard space - which now has roots that have penetrated not only my basement walls, but the neighbor's foundation on the opposite side of the property as well.
