I'm really inspired, and am studying everything real estate every minute I get, but HOW and WHERE do I get started in my situation?

I think most people have a few motivational quotes that they tend to refer back to for encouragement or inspiration.

It is inspiring just to see that others in the area are experiencing success with this model.

I love it when Josh goes into "Inspirational Mode".

I was inspired to write this because I just read a post, where someone wants to get started in the business of syndications and buying apartments... but has no idea how, where or with who to start the journey and is pretty much bootstrapping things.
