Not sure if you've thought about MTR rentals, but Indy's economic growth and affordability has the potential to bring in traveling nurses and other healthcare professionals as there is a large hospital expansion set for IU health downtown, so something to think about.

For MTR's - of course health care professions make up a lot of the renters but I believe a group looked over a lot is people looking for furnished housing while they are in between houses or waiting for their current houses to be constructed.
