The doors and windows on the back right side of the building were non-functional due to the slopping.

They were large 1 bedroom units with dining rooms, I converted certain rooms within the structure to other functions, updating the bath and kitchens converting the units into 2 bedroom units.

Also, I'm currently using Quickbooks for accounting and iPlum for phone service (like Google voice but with some more functionality, and I can see that someone is calling my "business" line so I know how to pick up).

Every cupboard and vanity should be opened to ensure they are clean, shelves are not damaged, doors function, etc. 

I would function as the manager of the fund and would source the deals, project manage the rehab, and manage the rentals.

Does anyone use the search function on here?

Ideally the same firm would perform both functions for you.

Giving feedback is required though, on user interface, design, functions, etc.
