You've got a good eye for solid areas to purchase properties, but your choice on areas just depends on your certain investment goals.

Otherwise your choices are limited, which is why more wholesalers shy away from REO's.

Note, regardless of choice the ARV would put us in the ball park of similar properties in the area.
